Citrix
A 20,4808 sq ft office strategically placed in the heart of the up and coming Downtown Raleigh’s historic warehouse district. The asset is 100% leased to Citrix Systems Inc. on a long-term net lease through to 2029.
Raytheon
Two Class A office buildings located in the Premier Golden Triangle in Silicon Valley, California. The assets are 100% leased to Raytheon Technologies on a long-term net lease through to 2032.
Katy Logistics
Constructed in 2018 as a build-to-suit by Duke Realty, the Amazon Katy Fulfillment Center is a state-of-the-art fulfillment center providing all amenities tenants have come to expect in industrial warehouses.
Warren Campus
Class A office campus located in Somerset County, NJ, was renovated in 2019 as a joint venture between Rubenstein Partners and Vision Real Estate Partners. The asset is 100% leased to Everest Re Group on a long-term net lease through to 2036.
Greensbro
Class-A Amazon build-to-suit last mile package delivery station in Greensboro, NC, was newly constructed in 2019. The delivery station is 100% leased to Amazon Inc. on a long-term net lease through 2029.
Vernon Campus
Class-A two-building office campus in Cincinnati, OH, constructed in 2015 and 2012. The office campus is 100% leased to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital on a long-term net lease through 2032.
South Lake
Class-A 10-story office building campus in Herndon, Virginia. The property, built in 2008 and fully renovated in 2020 with over $40m budget, of which $18m is personal tenant investment, is 100% occupied by Amazon Web Services (AWS) until 2032, and serves as a mission-critical facility for the group.
Gatwick
Mission critical headquarters and Grade-A office building situated in Crawley, UK, next to London’s Gatwick Airport. The building was built for Virgin Atlantic in 2016 and is entirely leased to them until 2032.
