MIRABAUD ASSET MANAGEMENT ANNONCE L’ACQUISITION D’UN COMPLEXE DE BUREAUX AUX ETATS-UNIS, DANS LE NEW JERSEY

Genève, le 23 juin 2021 – Mirabaud Asset Management, en collaboration avec le Groupe EXAN basé à Miami, a structuré l’acquisition d’un complexe de bureaux occupé par un locataire de qualité «investment grade» à Warren, dans le New Jersey. EXAN a conseillé l’acquisition du bien dans le cadre d’une société civile immobilière luxembourgeoise struc turée par Mirabaud Asset Management pour le compte de sa clientèle internationale. Ce complexe de bureaux comportant deux bâtiments a été acheté pour la somme de 150,25 millions de dollars auprès de Rubenstein Partners, basé à Philadelphie, et de Vision Real Estate Partners, basé dans le New Jersey.
