Ginebra, 14 de Noviembre de 2013 – Continuando con la alineación de estructuras jurídicas y líneas de negocio, Mirabaud ha reagrupado sus actividades suizas de gestión de activos en una sola división. Por otra parte, el Grupo ha recibido la autorización de la autoridad luxemburguesa de vigilancia del sector financiero (CSSF) para su entidad Mirabaud Asset Management (Europe) SA conforme a la Directiva UE sobre Gestores de Fondos de Inversión Alternativa (AIFM, por sus siglas en inglés).

Paris, a 6 de noviembre 2013 – Lanzado hace ya algunos meses bajo la forma de fondo interno, este nuevo fondo se incorpora a la gama de fondos UCITS de Mirabaud Asset Management, uniéndose al fondo de bonos convertibles europeos, lanzado hace dos años, cuyo patrimonio actual asciende a 220 millones de euros.
