Mirabaud strengthens its institutional investor relations with the recruitment of Isabelle Richard
Isabelle Richard's arrival at the helm of Mirabaud Asset Management's institutional relationship management team in Paris is in line with the strategy to reinforce and broaden the management skills and sales teams that Mirabaud Asset Management has been applying since 2011.
Alongside Alexandre Mignot, head of distribution to financial intermediaries, Isabelle Richard will serve the needs of institutional investors by drawing on the strong growth potential offered by this client category.
Isabelle Richard holds a Master's Degree in Management from the Paris IX Dauphine University and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Montpellier.
She began her career at CPR Asset Management in Paris in 1995, and spent the last 14 years at Dexia Asset Management (recently renamed Candriam) as head of institutional clients.
Bertrand Bricheux, head of sales and marketing for Mirabaud Asset Management, said: "We are delighted to have a specialist of Isabelle's calibre on our team given that the steadily growing institutional investor segment already accounts for almost half of our total outstandings, at nearly EUR 4 billion. With her experience and talent helping to promote our management skills, we are very optimistic about our future activity on the French market".
When asked why she joined Mirabaud Asset Management, Isabelle Richard responded that "the management skills of Mirabaud Asset Management, its passion for investment and its specialised boutique structure combined with a policy of aligning interests at all levels are differentiating factors and key attributes in an ultra competitive industry; I am delighted to be able to put my knowledge of the French institutional investor segment to use for this quality offering".
This recruitment follows a series of high-profile professional appointments at Mirabaud Asset Management since 2011, which included, among others, Dan Tubbs (formerly of Blackrock), Anu Narula (formerly of Axa Framlington), Nicolas Crémieux (formerly of Dexia AM), Andrew Lake (formerly of Aviva), Fatima Luis (formerly of F&C) and Kirill Pyshkin (formerly of Aviva).
